Belmont Street is an east-west street in Pensacola and a prominent thoroughfare in the Belmont-De Villiers district.
Belmont Street's main western terminus is at V Street with an ultimate eastern terminus at 17th Avenue near Bayou Texar, just north of the 17th Avenue railroad trestle. However, the street is interrupted at several points:
- By St. John's Cemetery, for five blocks, between L Street and G Street. The main cemetery drive, accessible by vehicle, is coincident with Belmont Street.
- By Interstate I-110 and the CSX Railroad tracks, for one block, between Tarragona Street and Hayne Street.
- By Lions Park, for one block, between 12th and 13th Avenue.
Further west, on the other side of Bayou Chico, there is a cul-de-sac named Belmont Street that travels easterly from Wiggins Avenue for a distance equivalent to about two blocks.
Prior to the renaming of streets in 1906, East Belmont Street was known as 1st Street; West Belmont Street was known as Forbes Street.
