John S. Carr (b. 1948) is a real estate developer and president of John S. Carr & Company.
Carr was born in the old Sacred Heart Hospital on February 11, 1948. He played football at Pensacola High School, where he graduated in 1966. Carr studied business management at the University of West Florida, during which time he married his wife Robin, and received his bachelor's degree in 1970.
Carr was crowned de Luna LVIII in the 2007 Fiesta of Five Flags.
