Ryan comes from a career Air Force family, and grew up in California, Indiana, Illinois, and Alabama.  Ryan served as an infantryman in the Marine Corps Reserve from 1996 - 2003.  A 2000 graduate of the University of South Alabama, he went on to attend the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, before transferring and graduating from the Florida State University College of Law in 2003. Ryan is a member of the 2011 LEAP class (Leadership Pensacola), and serves on the Board for the Young Lawyers Division of the Esacambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association.  He has worked as an attorney with Whibbs Stone Barnett, P.A., since 2004.
