Carol Carlan, CEO of Carlan Consulting, is a motivational speaker, facilitator, and advocate for women’s financial education and success. The first female bank president in Florida panhandle history, she took early retirement from banking to form Carlan Consulting, LLC in 2007. As a Certified LifeSuccess Consultant, Carol works with individuals and corporations to empower through awareness and education with a variety of educational products and tools.
Carol has served as the gubernatorial appointee to the Department of Juvenile Justice Blueprint Commission, trustee for Pensacola Junior College since 1999, past President-Emeritus for the Pensacola Junior College Foundation and inaugural chair of Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition. For her work, Carol has been recognized as one of the Panhandle’s Top 5 Most Powerful Women by the St. Petersburg Times and as a “Power Couple” with husband Charles by the Pensacola Business Journal. She was also honored as Business Leader of the Year by both the Pensacola Business Journal and the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce PACE Awards.
