According to that Journal & Republican article, "D. L. [sic; 'D' for 'Dubya'?] Moyer … dropped dead less than a hour after the action [to remove Armstrong]," which contradicts our previous info showing him in office for four days. The New York Times has an earlier article from September 19, which I haven't purchased yet but doesn't seem to mention anyone dropping dead.
