De Villiers Street, sometimes signed Devilliers Street, is a north-south street in Pensacola. De Villiers Street is a prominent thoroughfare in the Belmont-De Villiers district. The street is named for Captain Marcos de Villiers.

De Villiers Street's northern terminus is at A Street near Lee Street. From there de Villiers travels southerly uninterrupted to Main Street.
