John Webb "Jack" Nobles is a former member of the Pensacola City Council, as well as a senior vice president of Bank of Pensacola.

A City Council Member from 1994-2009, Jack is current a Senior Vice President of Bank of Pensacola. He has degrees from Pensacola Junior College and the University of West Florida and has been active in numerous groups, including the Navy League, the Fiesta of Five Flags, the Downtown Improvement Board, the Monkey Boat Billfish Tournament and East Hill Christian School.

Jack and his wife Molly have three daughters, Ryan Wiggins, Whitney Nobles and Meredith Nobles and one grandson Elliott Wiggins. Jack attends First Baptist Church of Pensacola.
