Luke's Alley was a one-block narrow street/alley in the Hawkshaw neighborhood. The alley was located between Cevallos Street and Ninth Avenue and ran between Aragon and Chase Streets.

During Prohibition, the area was a notorious haven for bootlegging, and Luke's Alley was the site of "several homicides and uncountable raids on crap or dice games, liquor resorts, cutting affrays, and minor law infractions generally."[1]

The buildings on Luke's Alley were demolished circa 1940 to make way for the Aragon Court housing development, now the site of the Aragon neighborhood. The alley was formally vacated by the City of Pensacola in 1941.[2]
