Ronald William "Will" Hedgecock II (born September 25, 1985) is an electrical engineer and singer. He graduated from Vanderbilt University, in 2010 with a doctorate in electrical engineering. He is the son of local electrical engineer Ronald "Ron" Hedgecock.
Background[edit]
Will Hedgecock was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. At age nine, he joined the Pensacola Children's Chorus.[1] Will sang with the group for ten years, touring with the group throughout the U.S., England, Canada, France, and Mexico, and performing at many prestigious venues, including the White House. Will also graduated from Pensacola High School's rigorous International Baccalaureate program. He also was distinguished as a semi-finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program.

Around the time of his graduation, Will was discovered by Larry Butler. However, it was announced at the 2004 Pensacola Children's Chorus production of Showtime! that he would be heading to Vanderbilt University to obtain a degree in electrical engineering instead of focusing on his singing career.
