Confirm Edit Utility
8/21/07 - Added a captcha utility to block automated spammers. It will ask you to type a code whenever an account is created or a link is added to an article. In the latter case, I think I can tweak a setting where it doesn't force sysops to enter the code, or anyone whose email address has been confirmed.
