3810 West Navy Boulevard is a single story, freestanding building located next door to, and on the east side of, the popular House of Chong Chinese restaurant. Owned by the same family as the House of Chong, the building's partial business history is as a live entertainment lounge, and as follows: Gene's Lounge (1970s to late 1986), Franco's on Navy (late 1986 to early 1987), Spatz (1987), Chevy's (early to mid 1990s), Gene's Lounge (1990s to 2000-teens), Rodeo Rock (late 2000-teens-).
