It was owned and operated by model Sandra "Sana" Severin, whose husband Fritz was the lead singer for the house band Flame and The Heaters. Sana's sister, Sharon, was employed as the bartender. The club was patronized mostly by off-work nightclub employees, musicians, and customers of Franco's Lounge, Machinegun Kelly's and 2001 Disco.
