Martin Jude Donovan is a former member of the Pensacola City Council for District 4. He served from 2001-2009.
Donovan, broker and owner of Donovan Realty, is a graduate of Sacred Heart School, Pensacola Catholic High School and Auburn University. A Pensacola resident since 1956, he is Co-Chairman of the Bayou Texar Foundation and a director of the Escambia Bay Marine Institute, a school program for troubled teens. Involved with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Marty was the 1996 Big Brother of the Year.

He was defeated by Larry B. Johnson in a 2008 runoff election.
