Lillian Highway is an east-west thoroughfare in southwestern Escambia County and Myrtle Grove.
Lillian Highway begins as the Lillian Bridge carries US Highway 98 into Florida from Alabama. From there east until its intersection with Dog Track Road, Lillian Highway continues to carry US 98; east of Dog Track, US 98 is carried on a separate thoroughfare signed Highway 98, while Lillian Highway continues to the northeast. From Dog Track Road/Highway 98, Lillian Highway, carrying Florida State Road 298, travels generally northeasterly along Perdido Bay before taking an eastward turn and travelling through Myrtle Grove. Lillian Highway's eastern terminus is east of Old Corry Field Road at the Mobile Highway underpass, at which point traffic transitions to Border Street.
