Leadership Pensacola (LeaP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit development program of the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Now in its 26th year, Leadership Penscola is one of more than 500 community leadership programs evolving across the nation. After graduating from the program, participants join more than 900 Alumni working to strengthen and enhance the quality of life in the region through both their business and volunteer efforts.
