Gulf Breeze Hospital opened in 1985 offering, for the first time in Gulf Breeze proper, convenient access to state-of-the-art medical care. While the hospital has changed—doubling in size since it opened more than 20 years ago—the service and care remains first class.

As a 65-bed acute care hospital offering both private and semi-private rooms and a four-bed intensive care unit, Gulf Breeze Hospital provides the personalized care of a small facility with the latest medical technology and experienced medical specialists usually found only in larger hospitals. The Hospital’s pleasant, comfortable environment is designed to promote a healthful, rapid recovery.

Gulf Breeze Hospital's workforce of more than 400 people includes Baptist Medical Park - Navarre employees. The dedicated staff and 200-plus volunteers are often referred to as the Number One Dream Team; a name that reflects their exceptional service to patients and families.

Gulf Breeze Hospital services and programs include: in-and outpatient procedures, emergency services, the Ciano Cancer Center, LifeFlight, Cardiopulmonary services, radiology, community education and Women’s Services. Each are tailored to the needs of the surrounding community.
