Georgio's Pizza is an East Pensacola Heights restaurant located at 3000 East Cervantes Street. It was opened in 1984 by a man named Georgio. Carl Hixon bought the restaurant from Georgio's widow Eva in 1998.

In addition to its pizza selections, Georgio's menu includes a variety of Greek and Italian entrees, sandwiches, appetizers and salads.

Every year, on the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Georgio's hosts a "First Responder's Day." During the annual event, the restaurant gives out free meals to all first responders, in and out of uniform, and throws a pizza-eating contest to raise money for a charity of the winning department's choice.

The restaurant also produces Mt. Fuji Dressings in a rear kitchen area. Hixon purchased the ginger dressing's recipe from former Tokyo Chaya owner Yuzo Segawa when he moved back to Japan with his family.
