Richard Haller is a Pensacola businessman and husband of Nancy Haller, dance instructor at Ballet Pensacola and eldest daughter of Pensacola businessman Norman Willenzik. Haller owns Richard Haller Food Service Equipment and Supplies on West Romana Street.
Haller originally worked at Pensacola Restaurant Supply, co-owned by his father-in-law, Norman, until his death in 1990, until 2002, when an economic downturn forced Norman's brother, Oscar to let go about half of his employees. Among these were Haller and sister-in-law Marcy Friedman. Michael Friedman also left the business at this time, but was not let go.
Haller eventually founded Richard Haller Food Service Equipment and Supplies. He took a few Penko employees with him, including brother-in-law Michael for a period time.
He is a member of B'nai Israel Synagogue, where his sister-in-law, Marcy, is treasurer.
