It is owned and managed by [[Thompson-Briggs Developers]] and has around 52,000 square feet of total space. A courtyard and gazebo is located on the northwest side of the property. The [[Quayside Thieves' Market]] was a longtime occupant of a space fronting onto Palafox.  Current tenants include check scanning company [[Silver Bullet]].
