Editing Attucks Court

'''Attucks Court''' is a housing project located along West [[Cervantes Street]] between [[F Street|F]], [[I Street|I]] and [[De Soto Street]]s. It was built in the 1940s as a [[Segregation|segregated]], blacks-only companion to the [[Aragon Court]] project.

Attucks Court is one of several sites operated by the [[Area Housing Commission]] to provide affordable rental housing to low-income families. About 500 residents live in its 172 units at any given time.

The project is served by the nearby [[Fricker Community Center]] and [[Westside Library]].
